The past 9 months have been an up and down roller coaster to say the least but we would do it again in a heartbeat after meeting our beautiful daughter for the first time. After over 20 hours of being in labor, Ava Blair Phillips was born on the afternoon of August 3rd, weighing 7 pounds 15 ounces and just 20 inches long. We kept our fingers crossed for 9 months in hopes that she would have hair when she was born and boy did we get it. Ava has almost as much hair as I do! She is an incredibly well natured baby and we couldn’t imagine life without her now.
Thank you so much for all your thoughts, prayers, and kind words. Suzanne and I are truly blessed and we’re excited to see our little family grow.
